Dr. Erik Orndorff is a Lead Consultant for JAZ Consulting, specializing in the Elementary/Secondary Education and Sports Industries. Erik Orndorff is the Superintendent for Pequea Valley School District in Kinzers, Pennsylvania.

 

Dr. Orndorff has an Ed. D. in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University as well as a Masters in Education from Shippensburg University and is a certified presenter for Learning Focused Schools (LFS). Erik is the sole author of Early Start Career Series - a participatory career exploration guide for teachers and students. Erik co-authored an Instructor's Manual for Becoming The Best Me, 2nd edition, geared towards middle school and high school students. He also co-authored My Career Adventure - a career and character development book for elementary students.

 

Erik also served as the co-director of an annual Summer Character Camp which honored 60 high school students exemplifying strong character. His presentations at state and regional conventions on character in the classroom are consistently well received.  Erik is a national leader in personalized and customized learning.
