Dr. Robert Orndorff is the Senior Director of Career Services and Associate Professor in Counselor Education at Penn State. Dr. Orndorff is an author, consultant, and public speaker in career development and character education.

Dr. Erik Orndorff is the Superintendent for Pequea Valley School District in Lancaster County, PA. Dr. Orndorff is a national leader and presenter in personalized and customized learning.

Dr. Dulin Clark is a licensed psychologist, managing his own practice in central Pennsylvania.  Dr. Clark is also the Co-Author of the PITA Principle and a dynamic trainer on interpersonal effectiveness.
